  • Add all the condiments from the instant noodles packages
  • Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces 500g
  • Onion, chopped ½
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Fresh root ginger, peeled and bruised 1 slice
  • Spring onion, sliced ½
  • Fresh coriander leaves½ tbsp
  • Black pepper

Preparation Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 1. Put the chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, water and pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and allow it to simmer gently uncovered.
  • 2. Remove from the heat and leave it to cool.
  • 3. Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package in a seperate pan.
  • 4. Spoon the chicken over the noodles and sprinkle the chilli, spring onion and coriander leaves on the dish. Serve immediately.
  • 5. Your dish is ready to be served. Enjoy!
